I recently had a dental hygiene appointment with Melissa, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. She is not only highly skilled but also extremely gentle and considerate. She took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process, making me feel comfortable and well-informed. The thoroughness of the cleaning left my teeth looking and feeling amazing. Dr. Bradley is the dentist I see at Dental Associates. Only the best work with him! At my very old age, I can honestly say this is the most comfortable I have every felt in the dental chair. All hands are used delicately and Pat is a very gentle hygienist.

Extremely disappointed with the admins and receptionists here. I called on my way to my appointment (scheduled for 3pm) at 3:08pm while I was driving through bad/icy roads. I was told I would have to reschedule because I was 15 minutes late and I argued that I was not even 10 minutes late. The woman refused and told me to reschedule because there was another patient at 4:00 pm. It wasn’t even 3:15 when I called and she didn’t even apologize but that I needed to reschedule when I was 5 minutes away. I was driving slow because of the snow storm and they refused to even give me a five minute grace period. I am very angry with how they treat people. I came to this spot for over a year and never had someone turn me away because they thought I was a no show….i don’t even want their business now

I really like my results with my hygienist and Dr. D’Agostino. Dr. D’Agostino explains things in a way for me to understand and he’s thorough. He cares about your comfort during treatments. I feel very comfortable with him.

From reception to hygienists to the dentists, the professionals in the Brandywine office are top-notch. Dr. Carafides is a busy and incredibly skillful dentist, yet she takes the time to explain a procedure and answer my questions. Nicole has been my dental hygienist for years..she is very thorough, skillful, and always leaves my teeth feeling super clean!

DAD has state of the art facilities, a smart business model with choose your hygienist and dentist and most importantly the staff strive to stay on the cutting edge of the latest development and trends in 21st century dentistry. I've been a patient roughly 40 years as they have moved and grown around wilmington. Me and my family switched for 2 years to a local family practice who wasn't bad...... but no comparison to DAD. If you care about your teeth, mouth and smile you want to schedule a check up!

I had an appointment this past week to for a cleaning and exam. Jessica cleaned my teeth and did a great job! She remembered I had some medical issues and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. I’ve been seeing Dr. Bradley for years, and he is the best!
